Page to Stage

Write an original play! Campers will be guided through writing their own lines, creating plot, characters and setting. They will work together to explore narrative structure, character development, conflict, and movement. A sharing of their work will be performed on the last day. Note: This camp has two different county locations. Week One will be focused on playwriting and held at Abingdon Elementary School. Week Two will be focused on rehearsing the original plays and held at the Fairlington Community Center. The sites are within 5 min of each other.
