COVID-19 Update

July 26, 2022

We hope that your families are continuing to stay safe and healthy throughout this COVID-19 health crisis.  Thank you for your continued support of ETC as we navigate this challenging time.

ETC continues to reflect on the changes we have adapted to since the beginning of the pandemic.  We are proud of how quickly our teaching artists and students adapted to create successful online programming including brand new programs, and pivoting to adapt and continue some of our most loved programming, such as out Main Stage Residencies & Summer Camps.

This summer we are once again in-person, but this year at full capacity! We have been working hard to maintain policies that allow for flexibility, as we understand it is hard to plan ahead. We will continue to update our in-person policies and procedures as we closely monitor recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health and government authorities for best practices. This summer we are requiring all staff, and all campers ages 5+ to be fully vaccinated. Also, with the uptake in new cases, we are being cautious and maintaining a mask requirement at all summer camps in the hopes to keep all of our camp staff and families safe while spending time with ETC.

Our ongoing commitment is to offer programming that reaches our community is the best, safest way possible. We are already looking forward to fall in-person after school programming! Stay connected to everything we offer by subscribing to email updates here.

Your continued support enables ETC to offer creative learning opportunities for the community. Your tax-deductible donation will help us continue to meet students where they are, support our staff of professional teaching artists, and meet the changing needs of our community. On behalf of everyone at ETC, be well, be safe, and keep creating!
