Shelby Schwartz

Shelby Schwartz is an attorney at Mitchell Sandler PLLC. Her practice focuses on financial regulatory and compliance matters, with a concentration on deposit accounts and financial data privacy. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional – US (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She advises a wide variety of financial services providers, from banks to financial technology companies.

In addition to working as a lawyer, Shelby lives with her husband in Arlington and is a proud parent to two young ETC-goers. Her love of theatre was kindled in a middle school playwriting class, and she's been an avid supporter of the dramatic arts ever since.
